What is a 'founding member' price?
Founding prices are available for the first cohort of paying users. Once you subscribe at a founding price, it's locked in permanently — even after we retire that price for new signups. It's our way of rewarding early adopters.
How does the AI reply limit work?
The AI node fires when a DM doesn't match any keyword trigger. Your plan includes a monthly cap on how many of these fallbacks Claude can answer. If you hit the cap, unmatched DMs are skipped (not sent) and you get an in-app nudge. Keyword-matched DMs never count against the AI cap.
Is GST included in the listed prices?
No — all prices shown are GST-exclusive. You pay the listed amount + 18% GST. A proper GST invoice is generated on every charge, which you can use for input tax credit (ITC) if you're a GST-registered business.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from the billing settings. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free. No penalties, no lock-in.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI Autopay (₹0 MDR — the fastest and cheapest for both of us), debit/credit cards, and netbanking — all via Razorpay. Annual plans can also be paid upfront by card/UPI.
Does Echo use the official Instagram API?
Yes, exclusively. Echo is built on the official Meta Instagram Messaging API (instagram_business_manage_messages). No browser automation, no unofficial APIs, no account risk.
